Why can't I access the order form?


Please do note that same-day deliveries only apply to orders between 8:00AM-3:00PM.




What difference would it make if I buy from your website rather than Lazada/Shopee?


By purchasing from our website, you will get a chance to get first dibs on our new releases through SAME DAY DELIVERY via local third-party couriers to be booked by the customers. Please note that same-day delivery is only applicable to NCR and nearby regions.




What are your modes of payment?


As of now, we only accept G-cash for a hassle-free transaction!




Are prices the same in your other e-commerce platforms?


Yes, prices are the same with our online platforms however delivery fees are shouldered by the buyer once deliveries are handed to you.




How do I order?


- Go to our catalog to see the list of products, add to cart your desired order, proceed to check-out, and kindly wait for our email! - Refer to our email for your receipt and order confirmation. - Send us a copy of your proof of payment and kindly wait for our message once your orders are ready for pick-up! - Once you have booked your desired courier, please send us a tracking link of the rider.




What do I do if I receive a lost/damaged product?


In the event of damaged or lost products, we are not liable for mishaps since we only deliver through a third-party courier. Please do note that we are in no contract with our local delivery services. We are, however, liable for replacements of wrong items. In the event of receiving the wrong item, please email us a photo of the items that you have received and we will resend the order to you at no cost, subject to availability. Can I cancel my order and get a refund?


In an instance that a customer had a sudden change of mind before payment is made, the customer may email us for cancellations at sales@detailcosmetics.com We do not accept refunds as transactions are deemed final.
