- Go to our catalog to see the list of products, add to cart your desired order, proceed to check-out, and kindly wait for our email!
- Refer to our email for your receipt and order confirmation.
- Send us a copy of your proof of payment and kindly wait for our message once your orders are ready for pick-up!
- Once you have booked your desired courier, please send us a tracking link of the rider.
In the event of damaged or lost products, we are not liable for mishaps since we only deliver through a third-party courier. Please do note that we are in no contract with our local delivery services. We are, however, liable for replacements of wrong items.
In the event of receiving the wrong item, please email us a photo of the items that you have received and we will resend the order to you at no cost, subject to availability.
